Robert Diemer Ph.D
Dr. Robert J. Diemer is a Full-Professor and currently serves as the Director of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies in Criminal Justice for Saint Leo University, President of The Society for Public Safety and retired as a career law enforcement officer with over 30 years of varied investigative experience.
Dr. Diemer has extensive knowledge in the area of undercover operations, an expertise in drug enforcement investigations and in experience in Aviation Policing. Dr. Diemer has been deemed an Expert Witness in Federal Court on Undercover and Surveillance Operations.
Dr. Diemer has served as a Deputy Sheriff, State Coordinator for the Florida Sheriff’s Association Statewide Task Force, and Chief of Investigations for the Florida Department of Environmental Protections’ Division of Law Enforcement.
Dr. Diemer was responsible for managing and coordinating the operations of the Florida Department of Environmental Protections Environmental Terrorism Response Team. He is internationally recognized for his law enforcement experience; guest lectures throughout the United States, and has been an adjunct professor at several universities.
Education: Associate of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Leo University; Master of Education from National Louis University; Doctor of Philosophy with a Specialization in Criminology and Social Psychology from The Union Institute.
